The practical guide for hotel managers

Everything you need to assess the event clearly.

Who it suits, how the figures work, what each party provides and how the performance fits around your dinner service.

01 · Hotel fit

Built for distinctive hotels and approximately 50–100 guests.

Best suited to independent four- and five-star hotels, country houses, manor hotels, castles and boutique properties with a suitable private dining or function room.

  • A three-course dinner format
  • At least 12 weeks' lead time
  • One named events contact
  • A desire to create a premium, marketable occasion

02 · Commercial return

Package and price the evening your way.

The hotel keeps 100% of ticket, dining, bar and accommodation income. There is no commission, revenue share or per-head entertainment charge.

  • The same three-course dinner for six actors
  • Overnight accommodation, breakfast and parking for six
  • A private changing, rehearsal and breakout area nearby

The complete production

04 · Event night

Your kitchen runs the dinner. We work around it.

We agree timings with your events and F&B teams. Your kitchen is not expected to hold food while an actor performs a lengthy scene.

Guests remain seated for service, but can question the suspects and examine evidence as the mystery unfolds.
